Overall, the extra charge felt unnecessary and unfair, especially considering the amount already paid.

I’m very sorry you feel this way, and I completely understand how quickly things can move once a property goes under contract.
You notified us on 4/16 that your closing was scheduled for 4/24 and requested the staging to be removed prior to closing. Per our agreement, we require 10 business days’ notice to schedule a move-out so we can properly plan our team and logistics.
We did offer the option to move the furniture on 4/28 at no additional charge, which would have met the contract terms. However, in order to accommodate your earlier timeline and allow you to close on time, we had to bring in an additional crew on short notice, as our schedule was already fully booked.
The $300 fee is specifically to cover those extra labor costs needed to meet the expedited request.

I’ve used this home staging company for years. I love using them, they can stage homes that are also occupied. Many stagers do not Stage occupied homes. Revi is always very flexible and is very accommodating. The best part about their services is that they have furniture for every kind of home. They don’t have the same cookie cutter furniture that a lot of other staging companies have. Every home I’ve ever used with them does very well in the market

You could not find a better staging company out there! We have used them for many years and every single listing they stage for us, sells for exponentially more money and quicker than the competition. They have an incredible eye for detail and understand the psychology and demographics of buyers for each property type. They know what style to use in an upscale condo versus a family estate in the suburbs. I could not recommend them anymore, absolutely fantastic!
