Hugo Plumbing

Had a water heater replacement completed by Ricardo H. and his acquaintance of which I forgot his name (my apologies). The service was on-time, friendly, and reasonably priced (cheaper than the first opinion). Ricardo informed me why the water heater needed replacement and let me know the spot where it was damaged.…

Super professional, communication was great. Non intimidating as a woman to hire a team like this, great job guys.

Diego was capable and knew exactly what he needed to do. We enjoyed working with him.

Francisco and his son replaced our water heater with such efficiency and attention to detail. He offered us a very competitive price for the same work from another plumbing company. Both Francisco and his son were very friendly and respectful.

Hugo’s plumbing did a superb job taking care of my water heater replacement. They were incredibly professional and thoroughly explained the process. I 100% trust and recommend them and will be using them for all future projects.

The ‘on call’ number Centerpoint has for you when they deem your meter is too old and insist you get a new valve at “Home Depot” or you can call this number who will be there within the hour saying you need a whole new hot water heater before you can even call Centerpoint back…. $4k set up?!?

Francisco and Christian were very fast and thorough! They came out quickly and had our water heater and valves replaced within a few hours. They did a great job explaining everything we needed and what they would be doing to fix our issues. We will definitely use this company again!

Hugo Plumbing delivered quality work and excellent customer service. The installation was smooth and professional.

Fast response, friendly staff, and excellent workmanship. Hugo Plumbing made the entire process super easy!
