My furnace stopped working on a Sunday morning and the temperature was around freezing. I noticed that the pilot light wasn't lit and I thought that was the problem. Well it was a little bit more than that. While looking for a HVAC company, I found that Hurley and David was available so I called and made an…
I previously had a new water heater installed & was very pleased with everything. Upon servicing my furnace for the winter, I found the furnace had too many issues that warranted replacing it. Pricing was comparable to other companies& technicians and customer service are nothing short of 5 stars.
Excellent communications via text by choice. They text to confirm appointment. Able to communicate prior to appointment concerning details for upcoming visit. (Bring a/c filters because I don’t buy them myself, check.) (Text me before you arrive, check) Person who performed annual maintenance was both professional…

It would be impossible for me to more disappointed in a company. Horrible customer service and technicians that are just flat out not knowledgeable. Brand new system installed from top to bottom and I’ve gone 3 winters in a row with multiple issues. Obviously installed incorrectly. They are trying to charge me for…

I had them install a new furnace and central air unit approx 6 years ago and have had their routine maintenance plan since. I scheduled the winter tune up appointment in July of this year for November 22. At the beginning of November I was contacted saying their system overbooked and they needed to reschedule to…
