Technician was excellent . Efficient , professional and on time
Michael showed up at our house during the time slot provided. He did a thorough diagnostic of our heating system. He did some troubleshooting on the thing he thinks may be causing the issue. He went over everything in detail with me and my wife. He did offer information on H&D services. Michael was polite, thorough and helpful.
I do not recommend Hurley and David. I did once - gave them 5 stars and everything - but not anymore. Long story short they once again rescheduled our appointment and once again, the only way I found out was to call them to confirm said appointment. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I'm furious. I booked this appointment…

Luis was my tech who serviced my annual maintenance on my furnace. He discovered some safety issues and brought me down cellar to go over everything. Nathan is a knowledgeable and capable technician. We always request him but don’t always get him. We trust his recommendations and the quality of his work is superior. He is the best reason to use Hurley and David. We’ve purchased their service plan for about 20 years. This year, we did not. The price more than…
My tech was helpful...honest... and explained my system ...and explained services you have to offer
Larry was prompt, professional, and fixed our issue. Another great experience!
Honest and quick service.
Dustin was timely, explained things simply and did not attempt to perform work that wasn’t needed. We were also able to ask questions about our system so we can determine what we need to complete next. HD Air will definitely be on our list to use again.
Gabriel L. was extremely professional and respectful. Even though it was a routine service, he was prompt, brought great energy, and was very personable. If you’re calling in, I highly recommend requesting Gabriel L. as your technician—he was excellent!
