Technician was excellent . Efficient , professional and on time
Michael showed up at our house during the time slot provided. He did a thorough diagnostic of our heating system. He did some troubleshooting on the thing he thinks may be causing the issue. He went over everything in detail with me and my wife. He did offer information on H&D services. Michael was polite, thorough and helpful.
I do not recommend Hurley and David. I did once - gave them 5 stars and everything - but not anymore. Had a water heater replaced and some work on my floo today. 5 different techs, all respectful of my space, worked quick and clean, and were just generally good chill dudes. I would give Adam 10 stars if I could. He informed me throughout the whole job . Cleaned up better then it was to start with. As a neighbor helping my 96 yr neighbor I was extremely impressed with his work and plan to have him work on my furnace . He needs 20 stars for his work today.
