Nice guy!!!! Explained everything BUT !!!! didn't have part I have no heat and have to wait till Thursday to Maybe get part and fix furnace. In the meantime, I had to spend $100 on 2 space heaters $89 for Monday $450 when he comes back and no guarantee it will work.
