The tech was very nice but the problem was the price was three times as high as it should have been.
I scheduled Hurley and David to come out for a check of my heating system. It is rather old. I was expecting some kind of an upsell as to what I needed to do differently. And I was so pleased when the technician, Gabriel, told me that the system was in good working condition and there were no repairs necessary.
