I’m quite pleased with the service that the HD technician performed on our H Vac system. I was mostly impressed by his ability to communicate to me concerns regarding the negative impact, that a buildup of dust ,pollen , and debris could have on the function and life of our system.

Juan recognized major problems with my furnace, that was leaking carbon monoxide. Salesmen came the same day to discuss a new Lennox furnace, and it was installed 4 days later. Hunter was the technician assigned to my annual heating system tune up (included in the subscription service). He was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent in work. He was at my house a year ago in training when the heating system was being installed. I am happy to see he is now fully trained and independent.

Timely arrival of materials and technicians. Courteous and professional staff. Work was steady, finished furnace & A/C install and test in one eight hour day! Neat and thorough cleanup upon completion of the job. Very pleased with the project and looking forward to enjoying the equipment.
