Ed, Kyle and Jeremy gave us the service we were expecting, and more. They all went above and beyond to keep my house clean, having to go in an out very frequently, after a snowstorm. Do to the covid pandemic, there was some delay in getting the furnace, but once they had it, they were quick to set up an install date and then the job was done professionally. Excellent job with installation. Team was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate them staying after 6 to make sure heat worked before going home for the night, even though they were coming back the next day to finish. Found ways to make more room in my basement and went through every detail with me.
Updated my thermostat to a WiFi one and my technician was outstanding. Friendly and efficient. Did not leave until I was up and running and understood how to operate it. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
