When I write a message to them to make an appointment, I get a response right away,,, I have never had a problem with their service... they treat me very nicely... I recommend them to everyone
I really liked that I was sent a letter, reminding me that the brakes on my car were flagged as needing service. It felt that my safety was a concern of theirs. Good guys, good mechanics. The service not listed is replacing bulbs...turn signals, running lights, head & tail lights.

These guys are always great. I made an appt for 10am on sat.....I totally forgot and thought it was 11am. Showed up at 11am and they STILL squeezed in my oil change, even though they close at noon on Saturday. They are my regular shop, no questions about it.

Overnight drop off and pick up is easy and makes getting repairs done and more manageable. Texted the inspection report and called to confirm any extras and gave pricing before performing anything beyond the diagnostics. Pricing is very reasonable for the services they provide.
My shocks and exhaust were replaced on my truck. Happy with their service as they keep me updated on my truck as well shuttle service ride home while service was being done on my truck. Thank you Huron Auto!

You get what you pay for! I trust Huron with overall inspection of my vehicle - even when I'm only in for an oil change. Staff is easy to work with and always friendly. Process with dropping off, picking up or waiting is great for the flexibility. Report sent over at the end of the service is a bonus.
I visited this company while in WI on a referral from a another long-time customer. The staff was courteous and efficient. I felt safe as all precautions were taken during this pandemic. I would definitely seek services there again if needed when I visit WI. It's good to have found a reliable automobile shop.
