Their communication and attention to detail is really hard to find. We have a lot of options when it comes to auto centers, but this one is the real deal. I don’t need to keep looking.

They provided estimates so I knew what to expect pricing wise I could Make the decision. Will being returning due to great customer experience.
I was very pleased with the repairs I had done. You guys amazed me at how quick you were at getting my Ford Edge in to be serviced. The amount of repairs took 24 hours to finish not bad considering I had the air conditioner, tie rods, wheel bushings repaired also bought and mounted 4 new Good Year tires as well.…
I really liked that I was sent a letter, reminding me that the brakes on my car were flagged as needing service. It felt that my safety was a concern of theirs. Good guys, good mechanics. The service not listed is replacing bulbs...turn signals, running lights, head & tail lights.

Also my back windshield wiper was always fine, after going there it was suddenly “ broken and needs to be fixed” for a couple hundred. Turns out i just had to re push it in after they tried pulling it out. I would never recommend this place. Also I needed new brake pads, even though I know I just replaced them and they were perfect. I wonder if this place is training their workers to just scam people..

We were able to rent a motel room, shop at Walmart and win a couple of hundred dollars at the local casino while repairs were being done. Thanks Huron Automotive for being awesome.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE & GREAT VALUE (not the cheapest, but The BEST) I’m not a penny pincher, but a value for quality customer. This was my 1st oil change w/ Huron East and it was exceptional!🏆 I booked on-line at 9pm for a next day oil change. I could have waited, but wanted to go to the Woods to work on my short game in golf. 1:20pm dropped off my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I could have waited, but wanted to go to The Woods to practice my short game.⛳️🏌️♀️ Josh was exceptional; kept the conversation short, friendly & constructive. I learned the price upfront, which I appreciated. The store environment was great, happy / ambitious, and super clean! The painted concrete floor made me feel right at home. 2:18pm I received a text w/ a 41 point inspection, which I LOVED! My Jeep is an asset that I want to take care of & I was looking for a TRUSTED service mechanic to connect with. 3:30pm I called Josh to let him know I was on my way back. We discussed 1-moderate safety issue (rear brake pads wearing) and a maintenance issue (dirty air filter.) I let him know that I appreciated the information & would chat with my husband first. Josh made it super easy with no pressure. I’ll be back!!! The final transaction of payment was easy and fast. I look forward to my next service visit and I will be telling a number of Green Bay friends to go check them out, they need to meet Josh, see his cool beard, AND check out the very cool floor!🏆 THEY ROCKED MY simple oil change experience, way to go Huron Team & Leaders!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
