When I write a message to them to make an appointment, I get a response right away,,, I have never had a problem with their service... they treat me very nicely... I recommend them to everyone
I really liked that I was sent a letter, reminding me that the brakes on my car were flagged as needing service. It felt that my safety was a concern of theirs. Good guys, good mechanics. The service not listed is replacing bulbs...turn signals, running lights, head & tail lights.
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE & GREAT VALUE (not the cheapest, but The BEST) I’m not a penny pincher, but a value for quality customer. This was my 1st oil change w/ Huron East and it was exceptional!🏆 I booked on-line at 9pm for a next day oil change. I could have waited, but wanted to go to the Woods to work on my short…
Excellent work and customer service on again. This is why I come back
Last February I had unexpected car issues post-blizzard and found Huron Automotive. They have quick service, clear communication on costs, repairs and timelines. I appreciate that I can book online or send a quick email with a question. They make me feel safer driving in my car.
Great Service…. Friendly Staff
Brought in a tire that had a nail in it to be plugged. Found out there was a bulge in the tire so we needed a new tire. They had the exact tire that we needed. Great service!
Excellent experience from booking the appt online to in shop customer care. The team was friendly and professional the entire time!
Very thorough and professional service Reasonably priced. Work completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.
As always the Huron team did a great job. I had a nail in my tire that they repaired with no problems occurring and at a great price.
Always professional, friendly and upfront. A pleasure doing business with. Joe is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to
Great service and very friendly.
Always stop here for auto service.
Joe and Mark are excellent to work with. I trust them with all the vehicles in my fleet.
Friendly people and great service.
Service is always fast and everyone is so friendly. Will continue being a customer!
Great service from everyone.
Always very informative and helpful. Excellent service and customer service.
I’m on my 4th vehicle at both east and west locations and service has always been exemplary. Former employer as well as current bring their vehicles for service as well and have never heard a bad thing.
Brought in car for routine service @0745 (garage starts work @0800). In my experience over the past 2 years with Huron Automatve...they are really good about getting my Nissan or Ford in on short notice for routine services if I drop it off first thing in the morning. In this case my Altima with over 120,000 miles…
Fantastic service!
Huron automotive has been our go to place to have our oil changes done on both of our autos for years. Service is great and cost is reasonable.
Professional services. Reasonable prices. Clean shop.
Excellent service. Friendly, fair, and knowledgeable. Helpful advice, prompt appointments. Very confident that they’re taking good care of both my cars. Pleasant to deal with, and very professional and trustworthy.
Oil change done fast and efficient. Suggested windshield wipers which I knew I needed but forgot, had installed took a couple min.
Quick , fair price and great service! I've had them work on my cars for years now, and they always do an excellent job!
We've been bringing our cars here since we moved here 4-1/2 years ago and are extremely happy with the overall service and professionalism with Huron Automotive. I would highly recommend them for any type of service.
Huron has been highly responsive for me again. I had an immediate need with a check engine light. Repair was done expeditiously. I have known the guys for years and they always offer sound advice and good explanations. Their experience shines through.
Always professional and thorough. Definitely our go to...
Workers are personal and upfront on information. I've had a really great experience so far.
Huron is conveniently located and friendly. I have been going to them for years and they know me and my cars. Repairs are easy to schedule, done right, and priced right. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. They treat me with respect and listen to what I have to say.
Honest service advisors that ensure you understand the value of your investment be it with maintaining or repairing your vehicle.
Great communication, willing to work with the customer and meet their needs/wants and good service overall. Would recommend for general automotive repairs/maintenance. They are also a tire outlet which is handy and they even submitted a rebate on my behalf which was awesome!
Huron Has always performed great work for my family. Recently Joe and his team stayed a little to repair my leaking tire on a Friday night. It was much appreciated. Thank you
Very courteous friendly and professional at a great price
Fast, friendly service. Been using Huron for 7 yrs. Always satisfied.
I had my vehicle in a couple months back for an oil leak, they got me in for service the day after calling which was good. They had to drain the oil, replace a broken part, perform a coolant flush and put fresh oil in. Upon returning home after picking my vehicle up I opened the hood just to do a visual inspection…
Always a pleasure to bring my vehicle in. I always know I am getting reliable and reasonably priced service from employees that I can trust and get great service from.
Service was prompt friendly and efficient.
Huron provides courteous and prompt service. It’s always a pleasure dealing with them.
The people at Huron were very patient with my impatience as we waited for a part to my car since November. Once it arrived they called immediately and scheduled me in right away to get it repaired. Always a pleasure working with these guys.
Great people who know about autos. Mark was very helpful in diagnosis of my 100,000 mile Ford Expedition and how much I would need to spend to continue to the next 100,000.
Excellent, reliable, prompt service as usual.
Huron swapped out my winter tires for my summer tires. Had great service, done on time and all with professional quality. I'll keep going back.
I’ve been taking my vehicles to Huron for years and will continue to do so, they are always extremely helpful and have fair prices!
Excellent service at a reasonable price!
Professional staff and prompt reliable service that you can count on.
Joe and Jon are always very professional and go out of their way to make you feel like you are their only customer. They go above and beyond what is expected
These guys are always great. I made an appt for 10am on sat.....I totally forgot and thought it was 11am. Showed up at 11am and they STILL squeezed in my oil change, even though they close at noon on Saturday. They are my regular shop, no questions about it.
These guys are the best & can actually "fix" things not just replace it!
My wife and I always take our cars here. They do what needs doing the least expensive way they can.
They are always communicative and I know what issues are urgent, what can wait, and what may be coming in the future.
Overnight drop off and pick up is easy and makes getting repairs done and more manageable. Texted the inspection report and called to confirm any extras and gave pricing before performing anything beyond the diagnostics. Pricing is very reasonable for the services they provide.
My shocks and exhaust were replaced on my truck. Happy with their service as they keep me updated on my truck as well shuttle service ride home while service was being done on my truck. Thank you Huron Auto!
I don't believe I was up charged they provided a courtesy car while mine was in the shop I believe they do quality work
Great service, fast, and went out of their way to help me out!
You get what you pay for! I trust Huron with overall inspection of my vehicle - even when I'm only in for an oil change. Staff is easy to work with and always friendly. Process with dropping off, picking up or waiting is great for the flexibility. Report sent over at the end of the service is a bonus.
I visited this company while in WI on a referral from a another long-time customer. The staff was courteous and efficient. I felt safe as all precautions were taken during this pandemic. I would definitely seek services there again if needed when I visit WI. It's good to have found a reliable automobile shop.
