I am so glad I went with this company. David answered all my exhaustive questions promptly and politely. He really knows the business. I will be bringing my car back to also have a ceramic coating put on to protect my cars paint. This is a truly professional shop that takes pride in their work. They were prompt and pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be back!

Having used a “different” 5-Star detailer for my wife car and being disappointed, I was a bit more focused on finding someone that actually delivered. ICON Auto lab caught my attention, and after visiting their shop decided to move forward with a ceramic coating package. My car was completely covered in water spots and I was a bit skeptical about what to expect. Instead of telling me what to expect…Davir asked “me” what my expectations were. As a former aerospace inspector with OCD, I shared what I was expecting. ICON met and exceeded my expectations. They shared that I was the most demanding customer to-date…and I am a very satisfied with the results. I will be taking my wife’s car in soon to correct the poor work performed by the other company. There are several detailers in Tucson, but ICON is the real deal and delivers!
