Working with a family owned business, Ideal Roof & Exterior Pros, on our roof replacement, siding and trim repairs, and gutter installation was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Look no further. Jake Fairbanks was phenomenal throughout the planning and estimating process—clear, professional,…
Very professional and personable. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Very good experience.
Efficient, professional and great workmanship. They did an amazing job from the start to finish and I would definitely recommend them!
Jake and his team were wonderful to work with! They did the heavy lifting with my insurance company after a terrible hailstorm that had me replacing my roof, gutters, and exterior painting. I highly recommend them!
We had a small repair project on our roof which we worried we wouldn't find someone to do. Jacob was communicative, showed up on time, and did a great job! I would definitely hire him for a bigger job and refer him to friends and family!
Jake and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Ideal did fascia repair, exterior paint, and gutter replacement. His quote was comparable to the other two bids but it’s the service and quality that sets Ideal apart. Jake was regularly checking in and expressing interest in the project. They did…
We had a full tear-off and replacement with Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Storm shingles, along with all new roofing components. As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, they brought that level of quality to every step, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel, ideal.…
Great team to work with. They tell you like it is, streamline insurance paperwork and have your back should anything go wrong in the process with any partners involved internal or external. They execute on what needs to be completed - plain and simple they get it done.
Jack Fairbanks explained everything and made sure he came back twice during scheduling to make my wife and I understood everything. This was seemless and it got done in a day. Even the solar panels removal and reinstall went well and with 39 panels, we were nervous. Great job Jake and team, Ideal comes highly recommended from this family.
I found Ideal Roofing and Solar via a friend's referral. Jake and his team have done an amazing job restoring our home, and I can't thank them enough for their work. Jake worked with us at every step of the way and took care of everything. It has been great working with Ideal and their old-school customer-service…
Highly recommended!!! I’ve had two roof leaks in the past month. Jake has come out quickly to diagnose the source of the problem. Despite his busy schedule and with all the recent hail damage in our area, he takes the time to ensure I am educated on what is happening, shares images from the roof, and gives a fair…
Absolutely amazing, professional, efficient and fast. I cannot say how great the experience was but that my roof got torn off an in place in twelve hours .. that says it all!!! They were extremely considered that I have multiple animals and triple checked that no nails, screws, metal parts or debris were anywhere in…
The Custom Onside team came out to do a roof repair and repaint on our 2 storey house after the big hail last spring. They were responsive, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. They went above and beyond and came out to do some touch up work free of charge. We were incredibly impressed with with…
I've had the BEST experience ever with Jake, Phil & his dedicated crew! We needed more snow fences, as the prior contractor did not do an adequate job. Frankly, they hadn't had much prior experience here, but after today, they certainly do!! I'm sure they'll be ready for future snow fence installs from Coloradans…
This is my my first online review for any service I have received/purchased in my 14 years as a homeowner. After the violent hail storm last month, many homes in our neighborhood were severely damaged. We decided that Jake and his team were not only the most qualified, but personable, professional and motivated to…

Custom Onside was wonderful to work with and both Jake and Phil were very responsive and prompt to answer any questions. They also were very quick to follow up on adjusting some additional items needed for my roofing job. I would highly recommend this company for any roof or home projects. Very trustworthy and…
