Ideal Roof & Exterior Pros

Great communication, excellent work

Ideal Roofing did a super job. Jake and Christina were always available to explain the process and reassure me about their work, the timeline, finances.

We had a full tear-off and replacement with Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Storm shingles, along with all new roofing components. As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, they brought that level of quality to every step, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel, ideal.… Read full review

Great team to work with. They tell you like it is, streamline insurance paperwork and have your back should anything go wrong in the process with any partners involved internal or external. They execute on what needs to be completed - plain and simple they get it done.

Jack Fairbanks explained everything and made sure he came back twice during scheduling to make my wife and I understood everything. This was seemless and it got done in a day. Even the solar panels removal and reinstall went well and with 39 panels, we were nervous. Great job Jake and team, Ideal comes highly recommended from this family.

Our neighborhood was full of damage. We used Jakes company and had outstanding service with high quality work. Our job was quite large and they did very well.

I greatly appreciated working with Jake and his team. He walked me through the process with my insurance and followed up directly with insurance as needed.
