Illinois Wildlife Services not only provides expert wildlife removal and attic restoration services, but also stands by their work. Last year I purchased a house with a bat problem. Per the contract, the seller had to exclude the bats and restore the attic. However, the final walkthrough showed new bat activity. I had to work with the seller's company to resolve it, only to learn that they excluded the bats during an illegal time period, did not restore the entire attic, were really hard to get a hold of, and did not stand by their work. In fact, they wanted to charge me about 6 times more than they charged the seller to do the work. After a lot of research and talking with two wildlife experts, both of whom seemed great, I decided to go with Illinois Wildlife Services. Mike not only teaches other people about best practices in handling wildlife conflicts, but has also become an expert in attic restoration. His knowledge and time talking through next steps and exploring different options were key. And he backs up his work. In fact, they were not able to fully exclude the bats before winter last year. Mike and his associate Matt were honest about it, and Mike gave me his assurance that they would come back in the spring to make sure the bats were gone. And when I heard other animal noises over the winter, Matt returned to check it out. In the spring, they also brought in another expert for a third pair of eyes and came back again when there was more evidence the bats had returned. An animal chewed through the foam around an excluder, which created a hole. That's the thing: wildlife never stops. Mike and Matt responded in a timely manner to reassess, patched up the hole, and after a reasonable amount of time with no incidents, they cleaned up the attic again and removed the excluders. They went the distance to create what I hope is a happy ending to the bat problem and making my house whole. But if anything should change, I know I'm in good hands. Last but not least, Mike and Matt are wonderful people. Their expertise, dedication, and integrity are why I can't recommend Illinois Wildlife Services highly enough.

I left the garage door open over night and got three raccoons to enter. Two of them actually found a way into the house and fell through the drop ceiling. It took awhile to get them out but Illinois Wildlife was there with equipment, expertise and advise to help remove them. They are the company you want to hire!
Mike is remarkably knowledgable, competent, and reasonable. He skillfully and humanely trapped the disruptive squirrel family invading our home. We highly recommend Illinois Wildlife Control!
