Leigh and Grigor are the best. Leigh was very helpful on a Friday evening. Other companies didn’t even call us back. Like at all. Grigor was very thorough and we are glad we had a home inspection. He took lots of photos, drone for the roof, and promptly emailed the results that evening. Truly wonderful. He was able to find some concerning things, and will happily use them again in about a year before our home warranty is up. And gave our friend their info.
Always get a home inspection!! Thanks again 😁

This organization is beyond professional, thorough, and the epitome of a seamless experience. Juan and Gregor Did the inspection on my current purchase worked collaboratively and efficiently to conduct an extremely thorough and detailed inspection? I’ve dealt with countless numbers of Home Inspection organizations and this is by far the best. Ordered an inspection for a property that the seller backed out on refunded my money immediately. Due to old cast are piping on this current property were unable to complete the scope inspection. With in an hour of the completed inspection provided me a refund. Going forward. This will be the only Home Inspection company that I use.
