My wife and I are preparing to buy a home and we used IMHome Inspections. Artur Nazarian was our home inspector. Artur was fantastic. While he inspected the home, if I was nearby, Artur would stop and tell me what he inspected and gave me a brief detail of what he saw and what he thought. He was patient with my…
I’m STRONGLY recommending Ian “IM Home Inspection” I’ve been through as a buyer and seller, honestly never disappointed. Ian is very professional and fast, mostly you will see the home inspection results in one day or end of the day🤭!! You won’t regret that you hire Ian, I promise! Two thumbs up 👍 👍 !! 🙌Thank you Ian!✨
G Lopez was a fantastic inspector, amazing attention to detail, very professional, took his time and didn’t rush, found lots of things we wouldn’t have spotted and stayed late past the end of the day to talk us through the findings. Report came back later that night! If we were buying a house every day we’d use him again! Give him a raise!
Good experience. Very professional and thorough. Wish the agent could have walked me through step by step as there were things in the report I didn’t see in person. Overall, good job.

We had IM home inspections come out to conduct an home inspection on a home we were buying. Being our first time thru this process in glad we had Artur come out! This gave is a good understanding on where our home needed repairs. He took his time and was very thorough. Great and professional service.
