It took my braider 12 hours to complete my hair and it was slotted for 5.5-6 hours and i added a wash. I know I have thick hair and she was very strict about her parts, but 12 hours is a long time!!! I really enjoyed my braider's conversation, but I will not be back because I have lots of pain and sitting that long…

I had my hair done by Dejana. My hair feels dry and kind of brittle, I got a relaxer done by her and it never said I had to buy my own product. I could of done it myself if i was going to do that. when she was putting the relaxer in my hair she used a thin comb and scratched my scalp with it AFTER she skims through…
