I was so excited when Emperial opened close to my house. I seldom go to nail salon but I was treated exceptionally by the stuff especially by Hana. She offered me refreshments at no additional cost and message too. Hana was very patient and took her time to make sure I get an excellent pedicure.

I love the atmosphere, it’s bright and clean. Austin always takes such good care of me! I have been at least 4 times and my nails are always perfectly to my liking. I get the Builder Gel Acrylics and they are indestructible! They look so good even after 3 weeks. Highly recommend Imperial Nail Bar!

This is my second time coming and not the best experience. I got a pedicure done and called in beforehand to Get pricing. I had explained to the lady over the phone that i had acrylic on my two big toes and wanted to know the fee to get it removed. She said $5. I then proceeded to ask her over the phone if it was $5 for each or in total for both she said $5 total for both. I come in and they tried to charge me $15 for the acrylic removal. I wasnt even asked what shape i wanted, nor what type of pedicure i wanted he just started doing whatever. Every single time ive gone to get a pedicure i always get gel and everyone has been capable of removing it with the nail drill. He couldnt therefore was trying to charge me additional to remove the clear gel i had on the remaining toes.
