Ken came out to give us an estimate for windows and he was very honest and trustworthy. He advised us of the proper course of action and gave us options. While we are nit replacing the windows at this time, we will definitely call Ken and Imperial for our future endeavors.
Best decision I ever made—having my windows replaced by Imperial Windows and Sunscreens. I highly recommend Imperial Windows for their integrity and the personal attention I received from owner John Uptegrove. What you get: quality, affordability, transparent paperwork (no digital signing), no drawn-out sales…
This company is the best for your window replacement need. Ken came for quote as per scheduled time. We needed to replace our 30 year old 17 windows. The information and the quote provided by Ken was reasonable. The crew of 2 people Nick and Shane came every single day on three day project on scheduled time and they…
Imperial Windows and Sunscreens just completed installation of eight Anlin Panoramic windows with G340 (blue tint) Cardinal glass. Kyle Lameyer was our salesman, and he was great, explaining all our options and we were able to customize how they opened. Nick & Shane were our installers, and they did an awesome job!…
We had 12 windows, 1 French door, 1 sliding glass door, and 1 external solid door installed by Imperial Windows and Sunscreens. We could not be happier with the results and cost! This is our second park model that we have had retrofitted and we used another big name company on the previous home and they did a great…
Kyle was awesome! He was very quick to schedule an estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable with not only window choices but great suggestions on the types of windows to install. Overall he educated us on the whole process, their warranty (excellent warranty!), and the time to order, build (American made)…
Nick and Shane were fantastic. Clean and efficient Love my new windows and door!
I cannot say enough positive things about Imperial!! They have been absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. I had new windows and sliding glass doors installed. Then went back to have new window treatments installed as well. The quality of the products combined with the customer service made this an…
I met Kyle in March of 2020. He was able to get sunscreens on a townhouse in time for my move in. 3 years later- still look brand new. Fast Forward: 2023 I called Kyle to help me replace one screen. Friendly, fast, quality and affordable once again. I was delighted to find out he represented Imperial Windows. He…
Great experience with Imperial! Ken provided the quote and was easy going and knowledgeable. Estimated lead time on windows was right on (5-6 wks). Nathan installed 4 windows and an 8 ft sliding glass door in one day. While skilled and professional he also kept his work area very tidy, which I very much…

I just wanted to say that my experience with Imperial Windows was great from beginning to end. Ken came out and gave us a very competitive quote, and answered any questions that we had. I love my new windows. Besides all of the listed benefits they make my home seem so much bigger. Also the installers did a great job and helped make the installation easy on my family.
From the initial quote to the installation, Imperial Windows did an excellent job with our home. We had 12 windows and a patio door completed. Ken was great with sales and showed technical knowledge of the windows. He was honest and provided immediate response to my questions prior to contract. John, the owner…
Imperial Windows & Sunscreens install all new windows throughout my house replacing the 1987 single pane with new Simonton double pane windows. Bob was a great sales person very responsive and I had a quote the same day. It did take 8 weeks for the windows to arrive but that was expected, the owner John contacted me…
