They worked around the delicate features without a single issue, kept the grounds and plantings intact, and left the property looking better than they found it. Just as important, they showed integrity the entire time — clear communication, honest about the work, and no surprises.
It feels good to hire someone who gives your home the same level of care and attention they'd give their own.

I've been following In & Out for over a year now on FB and made the decision to hire them when we needed to have new roofs put on two of our sheds. They arrived when they said they would and worked diligently on the roofs -- no fooling around. Instead of just installing the new shingles overtop of the old ones, they removed the old ones and started fresh -- which is the correct way, no shortcuts.
You can see that they take pride in their work as their work speaks for themselves. Their pricing is reasonable too. We are very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Great experience with In & Out. Had a leak coming through the roof and through the ceiling in a bedroom. In & Out came over the same day I called to have a look, and returned the next day with a simple, yet complete and very inexpensive fix, and ideas for affordable options on the inside ceiling repair. I highly recommend In & Out Roofing & Painting. Jamar was professional, reliable, accommodating, and efficient from start to finish. He came out, gave me a quote, worked with me to get the price where I needed it to be, and handled all the logistics to get the job done quickly.
Jamar had previously done my parents’ roof, so when it was time to do mine, we discussed the different options and I eventually circled back and gave him a call. Within just a few days of contacting him, the job was done.
They did an excellent job. The roof looks great, and the tile color came out even better than I expected once it was installed. The entire process, from the initial quote to the finished product, was easy and professional. Jamar and his team delivered exactly what I was looking for, and they’ll be my first call for any future roofing or painting work.

After reviewing several quotes, we reached out to "In and Out Roofing & Painting" because their price was reasonable for the work we were requesting. Not too expensive and not too cheap because you get what you pay for in our opinion. Also, they provided a written quote specifying what they would be responsible for and included a 10 year labor warranty along with the shingle manufacturer warranty.
The 10 year labor warranty pretty much sealed the deal for us when we ordered our replacement roof. We also received a senior discount when we asked for one.
I would also like to mention that through satelight imaging we received the quote within 20 minutes of calling and any questions we had were answered professionally. We did have one or two hiccups during the process but nothing that would prevent us from strongly recommending this company to others.
