She offers clear guidance and plenty of modifications, so every student can feel comfortable and supported, no matter their experience level. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and progress at your own pace—which makes each class feel empowering and accessible. Expect to leave feeling both sweaty and relaxed. It’s a grounding practice that challenges you just enough while also helping you unwind. If you’re looking to start or deepen your yoga practice, I can’t recommend Lyn’s class enough!
