Was very surprised when tech came in the room NO HELLO OR HI BELLA! SHE JUST handed me a muzzle ( never had to administer this on my dog.) It's with great pleasure I give a five star rating. to these veterinarians and their staff. They have taken remarkable care of my furry family members since they first began years ago. I have without hesitation recommended them many times. They seem to really care and I have total confidence in their care of my little ones.

Independence vetinary is one of the most transparent with my pets needs. During the last 7 years, they have been very pleasant to work with. The staff is caring and aim to please with excellent services.

Everyone in the office was very kind and professional. They were prompt in giving us an appointment. And prompt in seeing us when we arrived. I have gone to other offices that were closer to my home, but I always end up back at Independence Vet. They are top notch.

I was unable to get my dog on the scale, he is strong and was super excited as soon as we walked in the door. A staff member immediately walking in from the exam rooms lured him onto the scale with a few crackers!

Independence is always the best... the personal touch and care is why we still drive from Lexington.

My German shepherd is living much longer with much higher quality of life due to laser therapy and aqua therapy. We live this practice!

IVC has been my pet's vet for several years. Every experience has been positive. They're very thorough in examining both my cat and my dog. I like the way they explain things and care for my pets. Making appointments is always quick and easy and it confirms they're there for our pets.

Wonderful Customer Service! All physicians and staff are very professional and proactive. Up-to-date on the latest medical treatment. I was recommended to Independence and have recommended others. Everyone and all of our special pets have only had the best of care.

We really liked them. We were greeted as soon as we entered the facility. They said our dog was handsome and he loved it. We were there because our dog was limping. The doctor examined him and she was very nice with him. We typically go to a different vet however they were closed so we tried Independence. We are considering staying with Independence.

I took my dog in to check on a rash he had. They were able to quickly assess and provide a remedy for it. He is doing much better thanks to them.

Dr. Michelle Bryan was fantastic. She was so thorough in evaluating Teddy and explained all that was going on with so much detail. Friendly staff, greet you when you walk in and have excellent care to my pup.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. My pup was having a hard time standing on the slippery floors so a kind tech went and got him some rubber mats. So thoughtful!
