I also really appreciated the follow up email I received from dr mccoy. it was very thoughtful and I can tell she really cares about what she does. highly recommend this clinic.

We take all our pets to Independence, and have done so for well over a decade.
We absolutely love them, and couldn't be happier with everyone there!
I've been taking my dogs here for about 20yrs. They are very nice the doctors as well as staff they remember my dogs name n their little quirks they work with me to find nutritional stuff as well as meds at my budget they always call to follow up and most importantly all of my dogs loved going there. U cldnt open the door fast enough for them. I always recommend this vet

Was very surprised when tech came in the room NO HELLO OR HI BELLA! SHE JUST handed me a muzzle ( never had to administer this on my dog.) She gave me instructions 😠 Chloe Bella was there to get her yearly flea & tick shot and blood work, and Pedicure 😡😠 The. Center was for some reason or another was Very cold and uncomfortable especially paying $480.00 for a 30 minute visit....
I've been going to this facility since 2000 from my Guinea pig to a stray injured turtle 🐢 then ferral cats and my indoor cats🐈🐈⬛... And in those 20 years we added Giant doggies. Sir. Kane. Lady Madison and Chloe Bella🐾🐾💙🐾🐾🩷🐾🐾🩷
Love how successful they have become.... However, dislike how large and business minded vs back then down to earth, friendly warm, comforting and felt like family with the same staffing instead of different techs like a training facility and feeling like dollar signs stamped on my forehead 🙃
If it wasn't for the drs there we Love, love and the admin..🐾🐾🩷🩷🩷🙏🏼💙💕❤️ we would've looked else where....

Hey Suzette! I’m so sorry you had this experience with Chloe Bella! I’m betting she still has an alert on her account from when we used to do her nail trims on the clinic side. She was never a big fan of us touching her toes! 😂 Now that she’s getting her nails done over in grooming, things have been going much better. I’ll make sure to remove that old alert from her account since she’s such a sweet girl when we leave those toes alone!
I also hate to hear that your visit felt less welcoming than what you’ve been used to over the years. We truly appreciate you sticking with us for so long, and I never want you to feel like just another number. Thank you for sharing your experience with us! ❤️
