It took a while, but Jose found the problem of water filling the AC drain pan. Jose is a pleasant person and asset for the company, a trust worthy young man. Infinity honors their warranty package.

Charged me $416 to replace a $20 AC capacitor. I didn’t realize it was that cheap. Y’all should be ashamed of yourself.

We have used Infinity Air for over 4 years now and they have been fantastic. They replaced our old central air heat pump unit and maintained and repaired the unit when needed. Have been a customer for several years. Service is great! Prices are reasonable.

Tried to make me buy a system that I didn't need. Got a second opinion & I was lied to. I received a range of $12,000 to $30,000 for a new air conditioner system. The second opinion only cost me $1800.

The owner & staff are very professional & helpful. Just a basic check-up and filter change today but I've needed larger repairs done in the past & they always work with you to get you whatever you need. I would definitely recommend Infinity Texas Air to anyone who needs AC or heating work done.

This was my first time ever using this company. I set up an appointment to have my unit checked out. The technician James checked the unit and replaced the filter. Since this was the first time that my ac unit has been service everything checked out good. Had to get the capacitor replaced.

As always, Raymond with Infinity Texas Air did a fabulous job taking care of my AC/Heating unit. ITA hands down absolutely has the best customer service out there in the HAV world! Check them out.... You'll be happy you did!

Aaron was awesome. He listened carefully to the problem of our upstairs not cooling and after routine maintenance discovered that the thermostat was not communicating with the compressor and completely reset the system. It now cools.They are on time and do what they say and only what is needed. Aaron was fantastic at explaining everything to us.

Raymond with Infinity Air was very prompt, professional, and very good at showing me what was wrong with our unit! He took video and pictures to explain the needs for things so I didn’t have to get in attic to look myself! He got my air cooling in the hot Texas weather in a very timely manner! Would recommend him and Infinity Air to anyone!

Raymond always does a great job. He’s polite courteous and very efficient.

The guys showed up earlier than expected but they called and let me know they were coming. They checks both my ac units and performed the required maintenance and a couple of repairs. They suggested a compressor saver and surge protector.

Nerio was professional and personable which is always a great combination. Arrived on time, got to work and provided suggestions for improvement without being pushy. We will use Infinity Texas Air for all of our AC needs in the future.
