Great HVAC company with well qualified employees.

Raymond was our service tech and he is always great. He was efficient and very pleasant. He has been doing our HVAC tune ups for a long time. We always get a great service and he is extremely nice and professional.

We have used Infinity Air for over 4 years now and they have been fantastic. They replaced our old central air heat pump unit and maintained and repaired the unit when needed. Joe was great! He clearly explained why my AC wasn’t working and fixed it surprisingly fast. I would highly recommend.

They responded quickly and fixed it promptly Zaeben, our tech, was professional and knowledgeable.

We called and James was able to come out the same day. He diagnosed our a/c issues and was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Infinity Air and James, my family didn’t have to go without air conditioning in this hot Texas summer.

After checking CoPilot, they were on the high end of estimated costs for contactor replacement and burnt wiring inside compressor outside unit of heat pump for one hour work for total of $787. They are very professional and thorough. But, be prepared for repair costs. I got a professional estimate and diagnostic. They show you everything that they inspect and diagnose the problem with care and kindness. They listen to you as well..

This was my first time ever using this company. I set up an appointment to have my unit checked out. The technician James checked the unit and replaced the filter. Since this was the first time that my ac unit has been service everything checked out good. Had to get the capacitor replaced.

I wanted Infinity to check something in my attic pertaining to my AC unit. Chase was my tech and he was very thorough and took the time to listen to me and look at what was going on. He even got on the phone with the owner to see how it could be resolved. I was very impressed with his service.

Everyone involved so far have been very professional. Great people to work with and very courteous. Job will be finished tomorrow, everything is running as scheduled. Both techs are very neat and doing a great job. Left house looking like it did when they came in. Again very professional!!! So far so good!!

Roel was very thorough and very good at explaining his process and findings. Especially in simple terms where I could understand.

James provided excellent service!! He expertly performed the routine maixtenance on our system and made some very helpful suggestions for the future!

Had them come out Sunday 7-13-2024 Quoted my wife a price for cleaning and conditioning my unit $2300 will not call them again had a licensed technician come out Monday and clean my a coil and add Freon to my condenser which y’all never checked was low and only charged $175 y’all are a rip off and I will be posting this on social media

Great experience. When some parts were had to get because of shipping issues they even brought over a portable AC until they could get my fixed. Truly go above and beyond . Nerio was a terrific tech and very professinal.

A little on the pricey side, but when my A/C went out they were there within 2 hours (and I am a new customer). Issue was diagnosed and fixed immediately.

We are a part of their annual services and appreciate how easy it is to schedule, how professional and timely their techs are along with great suggestions on how to best maintain our system.

Aaron was awesome. He listened carefully to the problem of our upstairs not cooling and after routine maintenance discovered that the thermostat was not communicating with the compressor and completely reset the system. It now cools.They are on time and do what they say and only what is needed. Aaron was fantastic at explaining everything to us.

Replaced a leaking PVC pipe quickly!

Not truthful, hiking prices, can't even do real diagnosis, want me to pay over $790 + diagnosis fee and he is not really sure if that is the problem with my Ac after paying diagnosis and getting no diagnosis. will describe simply as big scam

The guys showed up earlier than expected but they called and let me know they were coming. They checks both my ac units and performed the required maintenance and a couple of repairs. They suggested a compressor saver and surge protector.

We’ve been a customer for at least 10 years. These guys are always on time and very professional. Tim figured out our a/c problem and fixed it under warranty at no charge sans the initial diagnostic fee on our 6 year old unit. He also took before and after pictures of the unit showing the cleaning that needed to be done.

Joshua was great. Went over everything with me.

Fast friendly. Happily wore a mask for us. Explained what was wrong in a way I could understand. Great guy. ADDENDUM. Second trip for him here in the last month (our ac unit is pretty old). Same results. He is friendly, happily wears a mask at request. I explains and advises. Very happy with him. Now if we could only afford a new ac! 😀
