Polite, professional and very helpful.
Completed a system installation with Infinity Texas Air, and we are very pleased with their services and the process! Chase was so helpful-- he took the time to identify the problem and not just generalize/speculate. Chase provided repair and replace options, and we chose to replace the old (2003) system. Jordan…
Everytime we call Infinity Air ,whether it be for maintenance or repairs, everyone is responsive, professional and caring. Such a relief since I live 5 states away. I can't say "Thank You" enough!
Everyone involved so far have been very professional. Great people to work with and very courteous. Job will be finished tomorrow, everything is running as scheduled. Both techs are very neat and doing a great job. Left house looking like it did when they came in. Again very professional!!! So far so good!!
We just had our HVAC unit serviced by Infinity Texas Air for the 10th spring in a row. Their technicians are always top notch, courteous to my wife and I, and respectful of our home. This appointment was manned by Technicians James and Chase. Not only were they all of the above, but they were really friendly guys,…
A little pricey but I will pay for professional, timely and courteous service. Highly recommend.
Wonderful company we switched to about half a year ago. This trip we decided to replace the entire unit because it was undersized. Infinity came out quick, brought the right people, had excellent tools to diagnose and tell us exactly what we need. Reps were on time, called ahead with notice, uncommonly polite,…
We are a part of their annual services and appreciate how easy it is to schedule, how professional and timely their techs are along with great suggestions on how to best maintain our system.
10/19/22 Review: Given how disgusting both of our systems were, we opted to replace them both as well as have all of our duct work cleaned. We also chose to have dehumidifiers and dual UV lights installed due to some of the health issues in my house and because we wanted fresh, clean air. The existing systems were…
Replaced a leaking PVC pipe quickly!
Very professional.
The owner, Trapper, personally came to my house to answer all my questions and truly earn my business and not just give a sales pitch. His techs arrived on time and were extremely professional, Brandon and David did an exceptional job removing the old broken system and installing the new one. I have the confidence…
Timely and professional service. I highly recommend this company for residential HVAC work. They made sure I was happy with the final product, and involved me in the process so that I was comfortable.
Infinity showed integrity, cleanliness, and beyond thorough. The staff was so knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. I was beyond impressed with their hard work and the way they explained every detail with pictures and detailed descriptions.
Very professional job. I had a complete system installed in my new home replacing old system. The workers were very friendly and had the installe done in a timely manner. Also the customer service has been outstanding. I would definitely recommend there services for jobs big and small.
Tim H. Is always professional and works hard to fix any issues we have. He takes the time to make sure it is done right and our family appreciates all the work he has done with our AC. Infinity Air is blessed to have him.
Jose and Eric did an awesome job. They were fast and professional. They were able to repair ducts, add returns, and install a new unit with ease. I highly recommend these guys and Infinity Texas Air!
