Infinity Air is the best! Ben Epsy was my technician. Ben was fast and efficient!
Completed a system installation with Infinity Texas Air, and we are very pleased with their services and the process! Chase was so helpful-- he took the time to identify the problem and not just generalize/speculate. Chase provided repair and replace options, and we chose to replace the old (2003) system. Jordan…

Wonderful company we switched to about half a year ago. This trip we decided to replace the entire unit because it was undersized. Infinity came out quick, brought the right people, had excellent tools to diagnose and tell us exactly what we need. Reps were on time, called ahead with notice, uncommonly polite,…
Excellent experience since my initial call with Christina. Then my technician Raymond was awesome: super professional, knowledgeable, friendly and seems pretty honest. He told me what the issue was, showed me the issue, and clearly told me what the different solutions were for that. He found the issue within…

James was very professional and knowledgeable. His personal style was refreshing and I recommend him to anyone who is interested in checking on A/C installation/sales.
Nerio was very polite, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend Infinity aAir for your next install or service. I own my own company and attention to detail, communication and promptness are key to running a successful business. Each employee from Infinity Air has shown the same characteristics as Nerio. I am very impressed!

10/19/22 Review: Given how disgusting both of our systems were, we opted to replace them both as well as have all of our duct work cleaned. We also chose to have dehumidifiers and dual UV lights installed due to some of the health issues in my house and because we wanted fresh, clean air. The existing systems were…
The owner, Trapper, personally came to my house to answer all my questions and truly earn my business and not just give a sales pitch. His techs arrived on time and were extremely professional, Brandon and David did an exceptional job removing the old broken system and installing the new one. I have the confidence…
Air conditioner tune-up and inspection. Ray, technician, was thorough, knowledgeable, polite, and patient as he reviewed the inspection results with me.

Timely and professional service. I highly recommend this company for residential HVAC work. They made sure I was happy with the final product, and involved me in the process so that I was comfortable.
Infinity showed integrity, cleanliness, and beyond thorough. The staff was so knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. I was beyond impressed with their hard work and the way they explained every detail with pictures and detailed descriptions.
We had Infinity Texas Air replace a 15 year old unit (AC and furnace) that gave up the ghost. It rained the night before they came and they used drop cloths and tracked no mud into the house, they were very professional and thorough. I have found my new air conditioning company. I could not be happier with the…

The staff and install crew were very professional and easy to work with. They spotted problems that other companies had missed and covered that repair at no additional cost. They scheduled a follow up visit to make sure everything was still ok and to see if we were having any problems.
