12 Years, Two Major Renovations, and the Same Exceptional Commitment to Quality! There is a reason we chose Innovative Design • Build for a second time, more than 12 years after they completed our kitchen, laundry room, and master bathroom renovations. What started out as a simple kitchen remodel quickly turned into an entire first-floor gut and remodel so we could get the kitchen and living space layouts exactly as we wanted them. Innovative did a wonderful job of guiding us along the entire journey. In the end, their team turned a blocked-off and inefficient…

Clark and his extremely…

We hired Innovative to do multiple jobs at our house simultaneously, including replacing our garage doors and building a theater room in our basement. We were a little hesitant to use one contractor for such a wide range of work, but Innovative did an excellent job in all areas. The initial scoping with Clark and…

I cannot say enough about the team at Innovative build and design. From start to finish, they were always responsive and heard our concerns and desires regarding our basement finish. Such attention to all the details and great problem solvers when it came to nontraditional spaces that we were trying to finish. The…
