12 Years, Two Major Renovations, and the Same Exceptional Commitment to Quality! There is a reason we chose Innovative Design • Build for a second time, more than 12 years after they completed our kitchen, laundry room, and master bathroom renovations. Their quality, professionalism, and commitment to doing things…
What started out as a simple kitchen remodel quickly turned into an entire first-floor gut and remodel so we could get the kitchen and living space layouts exactly as we wanted them. Innovative did a wonderful job of guiding us along the entire journey. In the end, their team turned a blocked-off and inefficient…
Major Yard Hardscape / Landscape Project In mid 2026 Innovative Design + Build completed a major yard renovation project for us in North Buckhead. Having used Innovative for two other projects, and having been impressed with their employees, design process, and results, we didn’t hesitate to use them again. As…
We have had a relationship with Innovative Design + Build for over 8 years now. We originally hired them to do a full-house remodel on our mid-century modern ranch house in Marietta, GA, starting with preliminary meetings and trips to pick out materials and finishes back in January 2018. Clark and his extremely…
The Innovative Construction team brings a commercial contractor mindset to the residential renovation world. They are professional, understand a construction schedule, communicate changes (both price and schedule impacts) well in advance of a decision needing to be made, and the quality of work they self-perform…
We hired Innovative to do multiple jobs at our house simultaneously, including replacing our garage doors and building a theater room in our basement. We were a little hesitant to use one contractor for such a wide range of work, but Innovative did an excellent job in all areas. The initial scoping with Clark and…
You know how you talk to someone after a renovation and they are frustrated with their contractor? This is not the case at all with Innovative Design! Our experience was amazing and completely different. Clark’s entire team is professional, everything is well organized, Trevor kept us up-to-date all along the way,…
We recently worked with Innovative to renovate the bathrooms in our 1910 historic home. My husband and I came to the process a little salty from previous interactions with other contractors, but the Innovative team absolutely renewed our faith in the field. From our very first call with Meghan, to our interview with…
We are so happy we found Innovative! We needed an updated, brighter kitchen and Innovative delivered amazing results. One of the best parts was they were able to accomplish it all while we were not living in the state. We were initially concerned about our absence during the process, but the constant…
*Update* Innovative came back for phase II to remodel my basement in to an English pub and if I could give another 5+ stars I would. I don't believe there is any other team that would have the level of ownership and dedication to a project that Innovative Construction demonstrates over and over again. And what a…
Always confident in a job well done when we have used Innovative Construction 3 times previously. This time we did a complete kitchen remodel. You get what you pay for, and for us they are worth every penny. Clark and his team of craftsmen and designers helped pull it all together seamlessly in 6 weeks! Of course…
We had Innovative renovate our 1960s kitchen into a 21st century wonder, and we cannot praise them enough! From the beginning of the design phase with Meghan and Molly, it has been exceptional. The entire process went above and beyond our expectations. Their ideas for opening up and modernizing the kitchen and…
We are just completing our 4th project with Clark, Eric and crew. Each project with them has been top notch. They are well organized, communicate schedules clearly, and stand by their work. This time we did a complete kitchen and master bathroom remodel with multiple walls coming down resulting in our home…

We used Innovative Construction 2 years ago for a bedroom, bathroom, and part kitchen remodel and they did an excellent job! I have known Clark Harris at Innovative Construction going on 15 years now. Our relationship was one of contractor-subcontractor as I used to own a company that provided granite countertops for his company. I have since moved on from that business but have kept in touch with Clark over the years. I was lucky…
My family have "exclusively" worked with Clark Harris and Innovative Construction starting in 2003. Since then, our family has grown and so has our home's footprint and value because of the numerous remodeling and repair work conducted over the years. We have referred over $3M in construction projects to family…
