Insect IQ has been consistently reliable and efficient. One of the most thorough, attentive and friendly is their technician Berto Ortiz. He deserves a shout out for being continually exceptional.

James did a fantastic job! The 8-legged unwanted tenant in the backyard was evicted with extreme prejudice. I watched the entire extraction from my guest room window, and my peace was restored. The area is secure thanks to James!
My technician is Tony, He was a super awesome person and I enjoyed chatting with him while he performed his duties. Recommend this company for its choice of professional techs that are kind and trustworthy!
We were customers of insect IQ for over 3 years. Over the last 6 months, we got a new technician, and started experiencing major bug problems. We had…
Insect IQ has always serviced my home with great care. The service techs are knowledgeable.
Steven was very professional and helpful. He explained what to expect and seemed to go above and beyond what we even expected. The positive result so far is that we have seen so many dead bugs . This shows us that the product and the work was effective. We certainly appreciated Steven and the IQ service for helping us with our spider and bug problem.
Conner Risley was tremendous! In the Summer cockroaches tend to return, and he took extra steps, including spraying the interior of my garage, to get rid of those pesty critters.
They are always so friendly and professional.
