Danny came this morning to bait the rodent boxes. He was so kind, courteous and professional -letting me know what time he'd be arriving, exactly what he was doing and we just had really good communication. He was extremely respectful!! What a wonderful tech!

My Technician, Mong is great. He is professional, explains what was done, what was used. He always let's me know when he is done in the garage so I can close the door and when he is done with the service. Thanks Mong!

Danny is a great service tech. We have used Insect IQ several years and love the company. Anytime we have any issue, they resolve it immediately - scheduling, bugs, rats - they show up and follow up. Highly recommend. And Danny should be promoted for his people-skills/service.

doing a great job in eliminating/minimizing bugs and rodents. highly recommended.
Great company! I used them in 2022 to help with some roof rats in the attic in which they were able to capture and seal off entry ways. One of my tenants mentioned a concern of hearing something in the attic. Insect IQ has come back and set some traps. Nothing yet and for that I am thankful. Thank you Nick!
This business was reasonably priced and had great costumer service. Our tech Tony was amazing!

Very thoughtful and thorough with their examination of my house, cleaned up all the spider webs that our old pest control service had “cleaned up” the week before and sprayed inside and outside of the house making sure not to miss a spot.
