Joel was incredibly rude when he showed up. Basically said I wasted his time asking them to come back and treat for spiders again… they left webs, nests and hives around and the house after two treatments. Previous pest company removed everything and treated to prevent recurrence. Not to mention being nice when they came.

Mike was very informative, going over the steps for treatment. He checked under the house, sprayed around the exterior of our home and then borh sprayed & set out bait stations in the interior in those problem areas.
With all the crappy service providers and lack of customer service, this company is a huge breath of fresh air. Layton was both punctual and professional and I would welcome him to help us anytime with our pest issues.
