Ryan was exceptional! Very knowledgeable about pest control, and offered additional suggestions above and beyond the scope of our monthly service, in regard to trimming back shrubs off the house, and advice on how to deal with moles in the yard. Nick W performed our quarterly pest management services today. Nick was very friendly and did a great, thorough job on our property after checking in with us to identify any concerns we had. He did laid some extra bait for the sugar ants we had noticed coming in from the sidewalk, which was appreciated!
We requested ants treatment since technician who came for quarterly service was not able to do it. After 5 weeks with no appointment in sight we canceled our subscription. In 2 years we had 2 requests, first time we waited two months for wasps nest removal, now we didn't get appointment after 5 weeks.

They did an excellent job of cleaning our crawl space - attic, and then blew in new insulation and remediated all potential entry spots for rodents and birds. Shawn and Mason went the extra mile and came back on their own time to improve a couple of screen installations. Marina and Jenn were excellent communicators…

We get the quarterly service for outside pests and have a rat bait station that is refilled as needed. She is efficient and quick which is nice since we have dogs that notice anytime someone comes close.
