Joel was incredibly rude when he showed up. Basically said I wasted his time asking them to come back and treat for spiders again… they left webs, nests and hives around and the house after two treatments. Previous pest company removed everything and treated to prevent recurrence. Not to mention being nice when they came.

Our house is very old and ants have always been a problem. We have used Insight for a number of years now and they are always very helpful, reliable and if the problem isn't resolved with the regular treatments, they are very quick to come back and repeat the process.

The tech was thorough yesterday. They also treated the ants one week prior but the ants were persistent in my small kitchen area ( a very large amount).
