I was notified of inspection/service and they knocked on my door to ask of any additional concerns. Took care of all new concerns. Also asked if I was in the midst of any garden work so they didn’t spray anything that would affect them. Was very aware of my small child and pets. Wonderful experience.
Insight is amazing. Have had previous exterminator companies. When a rodent was trapped, they waited days for pickup, so I had to take care of rodent myself. I have been using Insight for over 3 years now. Chris D. has been helping keep the unwanted critters outside, where they belong and has been doing a fabulous job! He’s willing to just pick up spiders and take them away as well as help clear out the ants that find their way inside. I couldn’t recommend anyone better!
I made the mistake of changing exterminator services for a cheaper price for one cycle and was thoroughly disappointed in the customer service of that company. I switched back immediately as I was always happy with the customer service of Insight & Mike H. Bottomline, customer service is VERY important!
