Is Insight Pest Control - Seattle any good?

Thorough and diligent. Really appreciated the quick work.

Edgar is phenomenal! Came and dewebbed my home, handled all my issues quickly and efficiently! Always services my home with the utmost care. Thanks again Edgar, and sorry for my little yapper dog hehe.

Outstanding service! Ryan was absolutely incredible. He was not only professional but also extremely knowledgeable and confident in answering all my questions about the ants. He went above and beyond to ensure my ant problem was fully taken care of. His dedication and attention to detail were impressive, and it gave…

Great service! I’ve stayed with Insight for over 10 years simply because they are hands down the best.

Rusty is always awesome. Great job!

Gaetano was great! Professional and speedy.

I’ve always had a great experience with Insight. A salesmen from another company came to my door and talked me into switching pest control companies. I did, and did not have good results. I started seeing spiders in my house which was never an issue with insight. They come when they say they’re going to, and their…

Gorge was very nice and professional.

We had a mole that was wrecking our front yard. As our home was about to be listed on the market, this situation resulted in a tight timeline. Kenny was wonderful. He added our home to his already full schedule and helped us out greatly!

Kaden did great work!

I was notified of inspection/service and they knocked on my door to ask of any additional concerns. Took care of all new concerns. Also asked if I was in the midst of any garden work so they didn’t spray anything that would affect them. Was very aware of my small child and pets. Wonderful experience.

Insight is amazing. Have had previous exterminator companies. When a rodent was trapped, they waited days for pickup, so I had to take care of rodent myself. Insight comes as soon as possible and even for the smallest of things. I had a very small rodent deceased on a glue trap. They came to dispose of and had the…

Cole did an awesome job treating areas of my house where pests were found. I will give it a week to see if any repeat problems surface.

Thanks Mike Hurst - you listened to our concerns and we feel confident that our home is in good hands.

Our technician Mike Hurst was very professional and friendly. He listened to our concerns and we feel confident that he will meet or exceed our expectations.

We’ve used Insight Pest Solutions for a little over four years. They always go above and beyond with servicing the house. Nick W. has been our contact and I can not express enough how thoughtful he is towards customer service. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Insight for over 3 years now. Chris D. has been helping keep the unwanted critters outside, where they belong and has been doing a fabulous job! He’s willing to just pick up spiders and take them away as well as help clear out the ants that find their way inside. I couldn’t recommend anyone better!

I made the mistake of changing exterminator services for a cheaper price for one cycle and was thoroughly disappointed in the customer service of that company. I switched back immediately as I was always happy with the customer service of Insight & Mike H. Bottomline, customer service is VERY important!

Well sorry for the late review. Shiloh and Preston were well prepared. They did a great job of inspecting and spraying for insects. They even got under the house using the crawl space. They answered all my questions and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend these professionals, great job!
