We have had Insight do quarterly preventative service for us for about 3 years now. They only use eco and pet-friendly solutions. They always check-in and see if we are having any current issues with insects and today he made sure all inside areas where we have seasonal appearances of ants were sprayed. He was…

James is wonderful! He’s friendly, thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He pinpoints areas to watch and provides solutions for controlling pests outside of his service. Gold star for James and Insight Pest Control.

I've been using Insight for over a year now and have been incredibly impressed, but today I was prompted to write a review by my interaction with Eric, one of their service techs. I mentioned to him that I had a flea problem and had been struggling with it for a month. He asked me questions about what I was doing…
Nick came to our house because we have a wasp nest, and he was super responsive and professional. He said it would take a few days for the wasps to be gone, and we are already noticing results. We use insight for quarterly inspections as well and they are always great!

We are located in Tacoma and we had the pleasure of working with Chris H. yesterday. I must say this company is always going above and beyond our expectations. We voiced some concerns about a spider infestation and he was reassuring and very professional through the whole process. Not to mention it was done so…
Nick W. and Richard worked quickly and efficiently. The team knocked out our concerns in a jiffy. They were both professional and friendly. So glad we have a quarterly contract because today's visit cost us $0 additional!
The Insight Tech came out to our home on time and he was very professional. He explained everything to me and kept me informed the whole time. The process did not take long at all and I did not need to leave my home. Thank you!
Quarterly inspections are scheduled with advance notice & reminders and the techs always arrive on-time. As-needed visits for new traps or de-webbing are easy to schedule and have rid me of more than a few garage mice. Kayte has performed our inspections for the last couple visits and has done a great job of…
I have been using Insight for over 3 years now. Chris D. has been helping keep the unwanted critters outside, where they belong and has been doing a fabulous job! He’s willing to just pick up spiders and take them away as well as help clear out the ants that find their way inside. I couldn’t recommend anyone better!
Isaac was very helpful and informative of what he was going to do today.
