Insight Pest Control - Seattle

Loved our bug guy David! Very informative and helpful! Very thorough. Talked us through everything. Answered all of our questions. David was great!!

David Sullivan from Insight Pest Solutions was an absolute professional and visited our home with joy, knowledge and smiles. He made us feel hopeful about our pest problem and went to work efficiently and answered all our questions! I’d highly recommend him and the company! Great work!

Insight always does a great job, but today Gabriel was the best of all of the technicians we've had. We have some ant issues, and he took time to find the trails and nests outside and deal with the source rather than just spray and set traps inside (which he did as well). Highly recommend Insight and Gabriel!

I was not home at the time of service but my husband said he was impressed with the work and level of knowledge

Kayden was very professional on arrival and carried out his job in the most profession way, while providing great customer service and manners. I’ve been having ants here and there but now change has come thanks to Kayden!

Leighton did an excellent job spraying our front to backyard.

Love Insight. Once they started spraying, the ant population disappeared. We had ant problems for years until Insight. Will stay with them. Their workers are great, polite, and always very informative.

Great customer service, from initial conversation to worker getting out to the house. Very happy with service. David was amazing. Explained how everything works- step by step. Address any concerns we had. Overall great experience and high recommend!

Insight has always provided me with an effective product and excellent service. Since contracting them, my problems with pests have diminished to next to nothing. Their exterminators are always proactive, professional, and friendly. Vonia, my most recent exterminator, was a delight and went above and beyond what…

Kaden did an awsome job thanks so much

I was notified of inspection/service and they knocked on my door to ask of any additional concerns. Took care of all new concerns. Also asked if I was in the midst of any garden work so they didn’t spray anything that would affect them. Was very aware of my small child and pets. Wonderful experience.

Very accommodating, friendly and helpful!

Noah was very professional and did a great job! Definitely pleased with my experience!

Nathan is the best! He even helped our neighbor with a wasps nest and they’ll be using insight in the future because of his kindness and professionalism

Cole did an awesome job treating areas of my house where pests were found. I will give it a week to see if any repeat problems surface.

Vern was amazing!

I've been using Insight for over a year now and have been incredibly impressed, but today I was prompted to write a review by my interaction with Eric, one of their service techs. I mentioned to him that I had a flea problem and had been struggling with it for a month. He asked me questions about what I was doing…

Very thorough and professional. Isaac asked if we had any specific concerns before starting and explained what they found and what they did before leaving.

Isaac went above and beyond!!! Detailed, professional, early, listens and provides feedback...
