Pedro was professional and detailed. So detailed in fact, that while he was going over the areas and what he had done, a large pregnant Black Window came out from a hidden area (sick and dying). unfortunately my rating had to go down from a 5 to a 1 star. was promised a follow up appointment today and no on arrived. no call no show. wouldve been appreciated to receive a call ahead of time letting me know the tech wasn't arriving. also these guys did not inform me on all the extra fees I would be paying for…
Taylor was working down our street and I saw what great work he was doing for my neighbors so I asked for his card. He had time to come give us a quote to spray for weeds. We were so impressed with Taylor and his work that we signed up for repeat services.
