Quinton, was very professional and courteous. Great company JAKE answered all my questions about the sugar ants that I've been seeing and promised to come back for no charge of it doesn't get better Always helpful and will come back if I feel like my spiders are still making their way in. They use pet safe spray on the inside of the house which is nice.

I have been using Insight Pest Solutions for over three years now. My service tech today was Nathan who seemed like a very competent tech. The service lasted no more than 5 minutes. Not too sure what I am paying for. I plan to discontinue my quarterly service.

Actual, real customer service! Great communication, excellent customer service, service oriented, pleasant, friendly, thorough. I found two wolf spiders about the same size of my SUV in my garage recently. I will now sleep better at night! Plus - all spider condos removed. PLUS two wasp nests gone! Happy customer!

Having Insight on retainer has been great. They come out for their quarterly treatments and also anytime we have a new issue (mice in the yard, mites in the house, spiders). They’re always knowledgeable and professional and give extra tips for how we can minimize the problems
