Mike H. is very reliable and careful to treat all areas, knocking down webs and making sure all is well. He is vaccinated, which we appreciate. He is always willing to listen and gives notice when he is close to arriving for service. Also, he leaves extra insect traps for the garage. Today, I found that one of…
Dallan did a great job and he is very responsive.
Joe is fabulous. He always calls when he get here to make certain our dog is inside . He is thorough, professional and really knows his stuff. Recently we have had issues with moles and he spent a lot of time on that. My husband went out to see what he was doing and they talked the whole time. Joe is a great educator as well.
My technician Michael was very efficient and professional. Very complete serv, as usual. This is the second time he has performed this service for us. Could not be happier.
I asked for a follow up appointment for spiders and Joe and Insight were there! Joe is great!

Awesome tech in every way!

Today was super hot (90+) and Nathaniel C. still came on time and did full inspection. He went into the attic and found dead rodent - he removed it and cleaned the area. All areas around the house were inspected and sprayed. Since we started using Insights Pest Solutions we no longer see rats freely running around in front of our patio anymore. Thank you.
Paul came by again today, working around my schedule to quickly come check on progress. He's always on time, communicates extremely effectively, is very personable. We are very pleased with the above and beyond personalized service we get from Paul. We will be long term customers, as long as Paul keeps coming out! Thank you Paul!
Paul is always responsive and comes to check the property if there’s any concern. Such a hard working man!
We had a wasp nest needing to be removed and a check-up on a rodent box that was setup last visit and Jake Roadhouse was prompt and professional as ever. He even helped me by answering questions and concerns I had about other miscellaneous pest concerns that I had forgotten to mention when I called to setup my appointment.
Sean McGuire was Fantastic!! Super friendly and super knowledgeable!

I let them know about the rat droppings I noticed and they scheduled a tech to come out the next day. Maika came out and was very professional and detailed about the services he was going to provide. At the end of the initial service he walked me through what he did, and told me if I noticed anything in the next…
