Mike H. is very reliable and careful to treat all areas, knocking down webs and making sure all is well. He is vaccinated, which we appreciate. He is always willing to listen and gives notice when he is close to arriving for service. Also, he leaves extra insect traps for the garage. Today, I found that one of…
Dallan did a great job and he is very responsive.
Joe is fabulous. He always calls when he get here to make certain our dog is inside . He is thorough, professional and really knows his stuff. Recently we have had issues with moles and he spent a lot of time on that. My husband went out to see what he was doing and they talked the whole time. Joe is a great educator as well.
My technician Michael was very efficient and professional. Very complete serv, as usual. This is the second time he has performed this service for us. Could not be happier.

Today was super hot (90+) and Nathaniel C. still came on time and did full inspection. He went into the attic and found dead rodent - he removed it and cleaned the area. All areas around the house were inspected and sprayed. Since we started using Insights Pest Solutions we no longer see rats freely running around in front of our patio anymore. Thank you.
Paul came by again today, working around my schedule to quickly come check on progress. He's always on time, communicates extremely effectively, is very personable. We are very pleased with the above and beyond personalized service we get from Paul. We will be long term customers, as long as Paul keeps coming out! Thank you Paul!
Paul is always responsive and comes to check the property if there’s any concern. Such a hard working man!
We had a wasp nest needing to be removed and a check-up on a rodent box that was setup last visit and Jake Roadhouse was prompt and professional as ever. He even helped me by answering questions and concerns I had about other miscellaneous pest concerns that I had forgotten to mention when I called to setup my appointment.

Thank you Will B and thank you Chris! I was talking with my neighbor about the bugs this year and they told me they have "bug service". I kinda laughed it off and thought bugs are a part of living in the PNW. You can't get rid of them! Then wouldn't you know it! A few days later I get a knock on the door and…
