Ryan from Insight Pest Control was incredibly thorough and professional. He explained the process and spent an hour inside, outside, and in the crawl space looking for possible pest issues. He inspected and treated every area with product as needed. Would recommend them!

We recently moved to Seattle, and one of our neighbors recommended this company to us. They have already helped us with ant and spider problems. This time, we discovered a wasp nest in our garden, and fortunately, a technician named Noah came the next day and removed it. We really appreciated the quick and timely service!
Forest was great! Explained the process and answered all of our questions. All of our concerns were addressed and the service over all only took about an hr. We really appreciated their help with getting our spider/rodent concern addressed quickly.

Pays attention to what the customer needs done
He was knowledgeable and helpful. Identified issues that may have been causing the problem in a rental unit. Only reason not a 5 star is he missed a few cobwebs and he came hours early to my appointment. Scheduled for 4 pm and he came at 10:30 am. It worked out but was unexpected.

Anthony ensures that every creepy crawler is removed and no longer living rent free. Insight is scheduled to spray every three months but will come in between to remove any new pests. I love this service. Best investment.
