Quinton, was very professional and courteous. Great company JAKE answered all my questions about the sugar ants that I've been seeing and promised to come back for no charge of it doesn't get better Always helpful and will come back if I feel like my spiders are still making their way in. They use pet safe spray on the inside of the house which is nice.
Jakob came to the house for a follow and double checked everything was takin care of and gone. Came on time and quick and what he did. Great follow up appointment! Thanks, Blake Daniell
Auston does an incredible job. He is knowledgeable and takes time to make sure that I am always satisfied.

Excellent service.
John from Insight is fantastic! He’s always professional, and he’s happy to explain anything he’s doing and answers questions as they come up.
Great service, needed the service sooner then expected and their they were. They took care of the problem and did not charge me for an extra service. They are my pest company for life.
Very thorough
Nathan was friendly. He spent over an hour his first visit cleaning and treating crawl space, garage, eves, and floorboards. He evacuated wasp nests and is doing another check in soon. I very much appreciated his helpful attitude.
Cole was fantastic. He thoroughly assessed the situation, gave a great description and explanation that evoked interest and engagement and was not at all condescending (as I have sometimes experienced elsewhere). Thanks Cole!!
Was very professional and informative. Did his job and went under the house. I am pleased so far with the service.
We use Insight for a quarterly pest service, and they have been great so far. Yesterday's service was performed by John, and while we were not home, he did a good job. He even removed a large yellow jacket nest hanging in the eaves on our garage that I was meaning to handle myself. I'm really glad he did it!
Nathan T, is an excellent representative of your company. Very professional, courteous and informative. He went above and beyond to perform his work. Thanks Nathan!!
John always does a thorough job. He checked the traps outside, under the house, and the attic, and reported what he found. He showed me the mud dauber nest he found in the attic, and explained everything. He treated the areas that needed it, and added more bait. He is a friendly, skilled and reliable technician!
Insights quarterly service is great for managing pests. They’ve helped keep ants away and helped us eliminate mouse entry points around our home.
She seemed very knowledgeable about the different pests that I needed help with. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
On an annual contract. Show up late or no call no show. Would tell them my problems and they would tell me what they were going to do but didn't have the proper bait box or traps or they never left them. I had to recall them after the quarterly treatments because mice were in my home and termites or carpenter ants…
***CAVEAT*** We have not had good service from Insight until very recently. We've had a revolving door of technicians that come in and out of the company and most did a terrible job, we were close to firing the company. That said, James E recently took over supporting our account and he's been a huge breath of…
We just had Clayton out at our property 135 1st Ave N Algona, WA 98001 for a quarterly service and he provided excellent customer service that I am very appreciative of. It is hard to find good customer service in the service business, and he was excellent. He really listened to the problems that we were having…
Maika, is one professional and genuinely person. Quick to inform and answer all questions and makes the customer feel better about their home protection! Great person, funny, and nice guy to talk with!

Julian G is the best employee insight has to offer! Every time he shows up my wife and I know we will have kind and professional service. Julian is the only reason we renewed our service plan!
Thank you Will B and thank you Chris! I was talking with my neighbor about the bugs this year and they told me they have "bug service". I kinda laughed it off and thought bugs are a part of living in the PNW. You can't get rid of them! Then wouldn't you know it! A few days later I get a knock on the door and…
Mike H. arrived at our home promptly at 8:25 am. We had missed our previous appointment a couple of days before. Insight rescheduled us immediately for inspection within the same week. Upon arrival Mike H. noticed a wasp nest after walking the perimeter. Mike removed the nest, swept for spider webs, sprayed the…
