Excellent customer service conducted by Jacob C.
Tech Mike H. was awesome: Professional, polite, friendly, thorough, and on time. All things 2 Thumbs Up!!
Quinton, was very professional and courteous. Great company JAKE answered all my questions about the sugar ants that I've been seeing and promised to come back for no charge of it doesn't get better Always helpful and will come back if I feel like my spiders are still making their way in. They use pet safe spray on the inside of the house which is nice.
Love the company they are very professional and Jacob is the best he is efficient and professional and does a thorough job at my home.
Friendly and made sure everything I requested was complete over and beyond
All of the technicians I’ve had have been wonderful! Jakob is professional, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and has a great attitude every time. He (and the others) are also patient. Never pressed for time, they always answer my question- even in detail- about spiders, ants, moles or whatever I’m trying to…
Educational, polite, knowledgeable
Joe is fabulous. He always calls when he get here to make certain our dog is inside . He is thorough, professional and really knows his stuff. Recently we have had issues with moles and he spent a lot of time on that. My husband went out to see what he was doing and they talked the whole time. Joe is a great educator as well.
Pest solutions and there extremely professional and awesome staff and technicians are a pleasure to do business with.
3 weeks ago I was attacked by a swarm of yellow jacket bees. I ran my lawnmower over a hole in the ground near an old growth stump in my yard and a few seconds later, I was bitten and stung by numerous bees. Today Insight Pest Control came out for my 12 week service and sprayed the nest and dug out the hive.…
As always Ken was on his A-Game. Figured out the excess of bee’s were merely foraging and applied a treatment to the interior and exterior of the house.
Jakob came to the house for a follow and double checked everything was takin care of and gone. Came on time and quick and what he did. Great follow up appointment! Thanks, Blake Daniell
Auston does an incredible job. He is knowledgeable and takes time to make sure that I am always satisfied.

The communication with The Insight Pest Solutions office was on point for my appointment! The Service Technician, Kenny was a breath of fresh air. We walked around my property and he shared his expertise and encouraged my questions; and had great answers on how I could be more proactive on certain things around my…

Jason arrived in the timeframe promised. He was courteous and listened to our concerns. Very glad we selected Insight and that Jason was our service technician!
We have had insight pest solutions for 3 years now and I highly recommend them. They take care of anything you need, and come out in between their quarterly visit if you are having a pest problem and let them know. The only time we have had a problem in between is when some sugar ants started coming through our…
John is always very professional explaining everything he finds and how to go forward. He handles each task proficiently and always resolves the problem and makes sure he does a follow-up which I appreciate. It's hard to find someone who takes their job seriously so don't let him go!
Cole did a great job. He removed a few dead hornets nests along with a couple small live ones. He did a good job of cleaning up and treating the area.
Great service as always Andrew is a friendly, professional and good at his job
Cole arrived exactly at 4pm. I appreciated his punctuality, friendliness, professionalism and knowledge.
Insight is always very polite & respectful. Insight always does a great & thorough job.
Excellent service.
Good job and very personable.
I have been using Insight Pest Solutions for over three years now. My service tech today was Nathan who seemed like a very competent tech. The service lasted no more than 5 minutes. Not too sure what I am paying for. I plan to discontinue my quarterly service.
Matt was extremely professional. He was on time, communicated clearly, and efficiently got the job done. I’d love to have Matt out again for my next quarterly service!
Qe’Andre was professional, knowledgeable, and on-time. He listened to my concerns about the ant problem we are currently experiencing, took care of the problem and also, conveyed, should we not see results, to please let him know and he’ll return to administer another round of insecticide.
Kaden was very thoughtful fast and efficient. Very helpful with checking surrounding areas. And fast and efficiently got rid of the bee problem that we had. Highly recommend this company and him.
Alex came out to my home today to rid my lawn of yellow jacks. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Also he dealt with wasp nest high in the peak of my second story which he could reach with the pompon pole. I garden a lot and it’s such a relief to know Insight takes care of dangerous wasps and yellow jackets…
Andrew was very professional and explained in detail what was going to be done. He also found a couple of beehives that I didn’t know existed. Thank you very much for taking care of the bees/spiders. And an additional thank you for your guidance on how to fix the weatherstripping on my garage door.
The team is very consistent. No matter what tech comes to the house they always do a great job. During the summer its not unusual for me to call and have them come out a second time due to the wasp nests coming back and they gladly send out a tech at no charge to knock them down again. Very rare to see a spider in…
I thought he was very thorough in telling me what he was going to do and did it very proficiently.
This is by far the best company out there and trust me, I’ve tried several over the years for being a home owner for 20+ years.
Kaden was super. Thorough. Understood our concerns. Keep this guy around

***CAVEAT*** We have not had good service from Insight until very recently. We've had a revolving door of technicians that come in and out of the company and most did a terrible job, we were close to firing the company. That said, James E recently took over supporting our account and he's been a huge breath of…
Thanks, Noah, for keeping the ants and rats at bay. UPDATE: Raising rating from 4* to 5* Thanks, Zackary, for making a special trip to treat the carpenter bees, and giving the rats some extra bait.
I could hear bees in the vents of my fireplace. They weren't coming in the house yet. Couldn't tell where they were coming in at, but I always checked in the middle of the day. Was told they come and go mornings and evenings. Appt was made for morning and after a bit we saw two bees going in around the chimney. The…
Troy with Insight from Puyallup knocked down many different types of bee's nests from the very high eeves of our house. He arrived right when he said he would and finished the job really fast. His personality was the best! We are selling this home and needed the nests removed asap. We really appreciate Insight…
We just had Clayton out at our property 135 1st Ave N Algona, WA 98001 for a quarterly service and he provided excellent customer service that I am very appreciative of. It is hard to find good customer service in the service business, and he was excellent. He really listened to the problems that we were having…
Maika & Dallan were so awesome to deal with. These guys rocked. Hope they are our tech in the future
Maika, is one professional and genuinely person. Quick to inform and answer all questions and makes the customer feel better about their home protection! Great person, funny, and nice guy to talk with!
Maika came to do our initial pest control and was amazing! He was super diligent and communicative when it came to answering our concerns. I cannot be happier with having him conduct this service. He went above and beyond! 👍🏻

Sam is literally the BEST! Always professional and friendly! She does a great job and alway asks what else we need, going above and beyond!
New customer. I'll wait to give a better review until we have used them for a while. As far as the initial service... Ken was a pleasure to work with, very personable and a fun conversationalist. Will followup after one year.
Had a tech named Noah, he took the time to listen to where our problems were and hit each and every one. Even took out a wasp nest which has plagued our hose for a couple years now. He even went out of his way to get to know us which he didn't have to do. He was very professional and I would not only recommend this service but him as a tech.
Our Insight exterminator, McKay arrived on time this morning and had such a professional & kind demeanor. Very interactive and a pleasure to have in our home! Such a Great Service & Biz!!!
Heather again did a great job. Appreciate her friendly attitude and professionalism.
I met with Clancy and sign up for the service yesterday. I had the initial inspection/treatment of crawl spaces, house exterior and yard today. The technicians, Dallan (who looked liked Johnny Depp and sounded like Tim McGraw) and McKay (who looked like Ed Sheehan) arrived right on time. McKay went over my…
Been using Insight for a few years now , these folks are the real deal . The technician Parker Bridge has been our usual tech and does a superior job around our property he listens to our concerns and addresses every one of them , the best part he goes above and beyond other services with remembering our concerns…
These guys do a really good job and are very professional. They can take care of any issues that arise. Our last visit we had Greg and he did a very thorough job. Thank you.
We've worked with Insight for several years now and we're referred by a family member who also uses them. We are all very pleased with their professionalism and quality of services.
