Joe is fabulous. He always calls when he get here to make certain our dog is inside . He is thorough, professional and really knows his stuff. Recently we have had issues with moles and he spent a lot of time on that. My husband went out to see what he was doing and they talked the whole time. Joe is a great educator as well.
My technician Michael was very efficient and professional. Very complete serv, as usual. This is the second time he has performed this service for us. Could not be happier.

Today was super hot (90+) and Nathaniel C. still came on time and did full inspection. He went into the attic and found dead rodent - he removed it and cleaned the area. All areas around the house were inspected and sprayed. Since we started using Insights Pest Solutions we no longer see rats freely running around in front of our patio anymore. Thank you.

We had a wasp nest needing to be removed and a check-up on a rodent box that was setup last visit and Jake Roadhouse was prompt and professional as ever.
