Fred came out on short notice for a terrible wasp infestation. Not only was the customer service amazing, but the sheer amount of knowledge this man had blew me away. I feel much more confident working with this company in the future because of Fred. Thanks again!
Mike H. is very reliable and careful to treat all areas, knocking down webs and making sure all is well. He is vaccinated, which we appreciate. He is always willing to listen and gives notice when he is close to arriving for service. Also, he leaves extra insect traps for the garage. Today, I found that one of…

Great company JAKE answered all my questions about the sugar ants that I've been seeing and promised to come back for no charge of it doesn't get better Always helpful and will come back if I feel like my spiders are still making their way in. They use pet safe spray on the inside of the house which is nice.

Called them a year ago because we had noises in our attic and a wall, they treated the attic and outside of the perimeter of house, have not heard anything since and will continue to have them come, as I don't ever want to deal with that again. They just did my outside area again the other day. They normally come…

Had to cancel after 6 months of subscription. Initial set up was good. Months the later after quarterly treatment was informed about getting crawl space inspected. 3 weeks ago I was attacked by a swarm of yellow jacket bees. Today Insight Pest Control came out for my 12 week service and sprayed the nest and dug out the hive.…

As always Ken was on his A-Game. Figured out the excess of bee’s were merely foraging and applied a treatment to the interior and exterior of the house.

Austin did my service this time around. He did the necessary work and informed me of all that was done. He was thorough. My only issue was that one of the bait stations was not returned to it's original placement. Instead, it was placed right in front of the doggie door, making one of my dogs hesitant to go…
