Parker - good communication, easy to work with. Came off as an expert in his field, is straight up in his explanations, wasn’t trying to up sell or anything of that sort. Had no issue with me following him around a little and asking to target specific areas.
They were called for an ant problem. The fee was paid and work done but then they signed us up for an annual subscription service they claim was done verbally. When I called to cancel they tried charging us $600 on our card to cancel. Total Crooks. Do not use!
Aiden performed our quarterly service today and did did a good job with the usual perimeter treatments as well as checking the rodent bait box. He also gave us some and bait that we could place around the inside of the house since we recently saw some ants, but didn't currently have much activity.
